Young Markets provides a wider range on in-house presentation skills training than is available on the public presentation course schedule. In addition to the one-day Effective Business Presentation Skills course, which becomes cost effective to run in-house for 4 or more participants, Young Markets provides tailored presentation skills courses, leadership and introduction to management courses, employment law, finance for non-financial staff,  tele-sales training, maximising your effectiveness at a trade show, and marketing training.

In-house Presentation Training

Every time you give a presentation, you and your company are being judged on the performance. To enhance your image, your business and meet your goals you need everyone to be an effective presenter.

Young Markets provides the training that instils confidence, shows how to influence audiences and makes speakers effective when presenting to both large and small groups of people.

Our unique in-house presentation training is based around your needs and expertise.  You receive the training that you want and that you need.

We can even incorporate your corporate presentation as part of the training course. Ensuring that all your staff are comfortable and effective in promoting your corporate message.

1 or 2 days

With an in-house course you have the option of extending the course to two days, either two consecutive days, or with a gap in between. This provides far more time for practise presentations and presentation preparation so that the skills taught on the course can be learnt more thoroughly.

Training for the more experienced

For staff, who all have experience in presenting, I run a more advanced in-house course. Based on the same 5 components of an effective business presentation, this course assumes a knowledge of basic techniques and that the speakers can overcome any nervous anxiety. It focus far more on each individual' personal style and how to build on that style to be more effective, memorable and compelling.

Leadership Skills

Our Leadership Skills programme is designed to better equip the participants with the skills and knowledge required to effectively lead their teams.

It provides a good deal of management expertise, delivered in a readily-understood fashion, through highly participative and interactive sessions.  The aim of the programme being to make sense of the theories, so that, you can use the knowledge in your day-to-day work.  The programme is eye opening, participative and fun.

The programme takes a minimum of  2 days but can be extended to include up to 8 1/2 day follow on modules.

Finance For the Non-Financial

Understand more about  financial documents and feel confident with a wider range of financial terminology.

Includes:

• Interpreting a Balance Sheet

• Understanding a Profit & Loss Account

• The meaning of a variety of commonly used terms and conventions

Employment Law for Managers

Understand how Employment Law can offer practical solutions with real business benefits.

Includes:

• Dispelling the myths of Employment Law

• Discrimination in the workplace

• Bullying and Harassment at work

• Grievance, Discipline and Dismissal

Exhibiting at a Trade Show

This half day course is ideal for preparing all your staff who are going to be manning a stand at a trade show. Exhibiting at shows is a time consuming and expensive marketing strategy, this course ensure all your staff know why you are there at what is expected of them. Ensuring you maximise the opportunity that the show provides.
