Presentation Training

Young Markets run presentation training and coaching designed to ensure you and your staff give effective, informative and entertaining business presentations. Presentations that convey your message and compel people to act on what they have heard.

A schedule of regular one-day public courses can be accessed here. We also provide both standard and tailored in-house courses which last for either 1 or 2 days, depending on requirements. Click for further information on our in-house  skills training.

The courses are ideally suited to people who have to give presentations at work, including sales people, managers, marketing staff, consultants, project managers, engineers and trainers. In fact anyone who has to stand up in front of an audience and get them to listen. 

Our courses are very interactive, because we believe that the best way to learn something is by doing it. To quote an old saying by Confucius

"I hear I forget,
                         I see I remember,
                                                     I do I understand".

By attending the course delegates will learn how to:

  • Overcome the fear of public speaking and use their nervous energy to their advantage

  • Make presentations that will change what people think

  • Add a WOW! factor to their presentations

  • Use visual aids appropriately

  • Make people want to listen and ensure that they act on what is said

We have a maximum of 6 delegates on a public course, so there is plenty of opportunity for one on one interaction. They provide a safe comfortable environment for you to try things out under the guidance of an experienced tutor.

Presentations are videoed for individual review by the delegates, in addition to the constructive feedback provided by the tutor and other participants.

Locations

All our training courses are hosted in modern offices, in the south of England, with good transport links .

Usually, a cold finger buffet is served for lunch with a mixture of different foods to suite every taste.

Water is provided  through out and coffee or tea is served during the breaks.
