Skills South East and the Skills Funding AgencyThe old Train to Gain Leadership and Management grants are sadly now longer available but Skills South East have an alternative grant of up to £1000 grant funded by the Skills Funding Agency for owner managers and senior leaders in companies with 1 to 250 employees. Owner/Managers, MDs or Senior Managers reporting to them in organisations with 10+ staff can now apply for support and funding. All aspects of Leadership and Management training can now be supported, why not contact me today for more information. If you offer the following support to employers with between 2 and 249 employees, your customers could benefit from LMAS support and funding:- - Coaching/mentoring - Workshops - Peer Learning - Action Learning - Bespoke training - Qualification based Up to £1,000 in matched funding to help your customers – this grant will pay for 50% of the fees excluding VAT - maximum amount £1,000. Eligibility Criteria* This offer is available to private sector businesses or social enterprises that:- · Have between 2 and 249 full time equivalent employees, and · Have the potential for 20% growth year on year for 3 years · Or 10% for Social Enterprise organisations Understand what skills you need – an impartial and experienced Leadership and Management Adviser will help you identify your personal development needs at a face to face meeting at your place of work or other venue convenient to you.Finding the right solution – the Adviser knows what solutions and providers will develop your leadership and management skills and can help you find the right one to suit your individual needs. All training must have started within 90 days of the grant being approved. All grants are exclusive of VAT and must be claimed within 90 days.
